New Released Salt Spray/CASS Test Chambers Compliant with Latest ISO 9227:2022
Salt Spray Test Chambers and CASS Test Chambers are testing instruments that accelerate corrosion of specimens by continuously spraying various salt solutions in a test chamber under a constant temperature. Salt spray and CASS spray testing methods are specified in ISO, JIS, and other standards, and are widely used in quality control applications such as corrosion resistance evaluation, acceptance inspection, and lot inspection of metallic materials and surface treated materials such as plating. The STP-100 and CAP-100, which conform to the latest ISO 9227:2022, adopt the new temperature control method "Dual Heating System" (PAT.), and have an increased number of test specimens, are now available.

Compatible with the latest international standards. It is useful for quality control and acceptance inspection of products and materials.
#2 Uniform Spray and Humidity Distribution, and Stable Salt Concentration and pH
The new temperature control system "Dual Heating System" (PAT.), which combines direct steam heating and joint heating methods, has been adopted to achieve uniform temperature and spray distribution, and stable salt concentration and pH. An air blocking board suppresses fluctuations in salt concentration and pH of the solution in the solution tank.
#3 Space-Saving with High Capacity
The chamber is 100x60x40cm (3.28x1.97x1.31ft) excluding the lid, 240L (8.5 cu ft), and 72 specimens can be set. It can be set 8 more specimens than the former model STP-90V-6 and 12 more than CAP-90V-6, however, it takes up less space since the main unit is only 159x95x144cm (5.22x3.12x4.72ft).
#4 Easy-To-Maintain Structure
The solution tank and air saturator are integrated on the right side, improving workability for solution replenishment and cleaning.
#5 Traceability to International Standards Established
The atomizing pressure gauge, test chamber temperature sensor, and air saturator temperature sensor can be calibrated in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and calibration certificates can be issued. We can respond to customer requests for testing in accordance with ASTM, MIL, and other standards, for testing specimens with special shapes and sizes, for more labor-saving testing, and for other needs.
