CYP-90

Combined cyclic corrosion test instrument


Salt Spray - Dry - Wet - Air

CYP-90 is corrosion test apparatus of metallic materials and coatings for accelerated testing involving cyclic exposure to salt spray, dry, wet, and introduced ambient air.

 

This model is widely used in various industries as the standard model to be able to constuct cycle tests specified in JIS, JASO and ISO. It can simulate accelerated degradation in excellent correlation with outdoor exposure.

CYP-200 hhas a large cahmber to test a lot of specimens at once. A specially-designed chamber model with a high load resistant bottom is available to test a large component part, assembly or final article.

Salt - Dry - Wet - Immersion

(and Low temperature)

CCT-1 and CCT-1L are corrosion test apparatus for accelerated test involving cyclic exposure to salt spray, dry, wet and salt immersion condtions of metallic materials and coatings. (CCT-1L can also conduct low temperature test.)

 

These models are widely used in various industries, notably automobile and steel. The reference specimens specified in ISO 9227:2006 are used to varify performance of CCT-1 and CCT-1L.

Super Large Sized Corrosion Test Instrument with Irradiation

This super large size combined cyclic test chamber simulates various harsh outdoor conditions (irradiation, acid rain spray, dry, wet, dew and low temperature) in combination of the user's choice. It is capable of testing large-sized materials and full scale products such as automobiles, motorcycles and large sized solar panels (system).

These 2 models are the most basic test instruments for determning the corrosion resistance of metals and their coatings.

 

The fluid is sprayed via the mist dispersion tower method, recommended by ISO for its uniform distribution capability. The air barrier board is set inside the solution tank, preventing the pH level of the it from changing (PAT.).

These models are capable of testing large number of specimens with its large-sized test chamber at once. By increasing the floor load resistance as an option, it can also test large-sized specimens and full-scale models and products.

These instruments process all of the salt spray test exhaust by passing it thruough sprayed water. Processing water is recycled to keep consumption minimal. EF-2R is for larger corrosion test instruments.
